Poppy Art

This week we had to draw poppies on sumo paint for the soldiers
on Saturday. We also had to add 'Lest we Forget' on it somewhere.

I really like doing this because I like drawing and it's a sign of
respect to the soldiers who put there life to risk for us.

  1. Kia ora Milah,
I don't know sumo paint is. Is it a Google Drawing App?
It is nice to show respect. Did your family commemorate ANZAC Day in any other way? I made a wreath out of rosemary from my garden, Billie decorated a window, and Ben and Jim went out at sun rise for the at home dawn parade. I was going to make ANZAC biscuits but forgot.
Looking forward to seeing you again soon,
    Mrs G

  2. Hi Millah,
My name is Kesa and I attend St Pius X catholic school. While scrolling down your amazing art work caught my eyes and it was really nice for you to remember those who served our country, did any of your family members help you with the painting?. I myself have tried sumo paint and it is really fun but overall keep up the great work.
