  1. Hello Millah!

This is a great presentation presenting the last SLJ activity. I like how you have set it out and added the images it looks really cool. What was your favourite activity throughout the SLJ? I also like how you have lots of colour.

Thanks for commenting on my blog, also how you add nice comments.
One of my favourite activities throughout the SLJ is Week 3 - Day 5 - Bonus activity. For this activity you had to write a story about what it would be like if you walked out your door and an acid rain had just ended.

  2. Hi Millah

Congratulations for completing the Summer Learning Journey this summer. You really have done a fantastic job and I am so impressed with the high standard of all of your posts. You really have excelled with this.

Myself and all my team are really proud of all of your posts. I have used a few of them as examples with my other colleagues around the country.

I hope that you have enjoyed the programme this summer and that you have learnt some valuable things along the way. Did you have a favourite activity? You have so many that I don't think I could settle on one.

I am looking forward to coming back to Grey Main in February to hand out certificates and prizes.
Enjoy what is left of the holidays and spend some time leaving some thoughtful and positive comments on other students blogs. Remember this is worth an extra 2 points for each comment.

Well done Millah and I will see you soon.

    Allie :)

Thanks for your comment on my blog, also thank you for your kind comments. Some of my favourite activities are the ones that you had to do maths. I liked these activities because last year we didn't do many or no maths activities. The SLJ this year has so much fun activities to do. Can't wait for 2019-2020 SLJ!
Do you get the 2 points for replying to comments that are on your blog as well??

  4. Hi there Millah,

It's sad to hear that the Summer Learning Journey for 2018-2019 is now coming to an end. I will definitely miss reading all your wonderful blog posts and I have had an absolute blast on this journey with you! A big, big congratulations to you on making it to the end and completing all the activities to a high standard, I hope you have had an amazing time and learnt many new things on this wonderful journey! Allie is absolutely correct, we are all so extremely proud of all that you have accomplished, thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge with all of us.

It's terrible learning about all the negative impacts that pollution and global warming have on the environment and our animals, however, we all have a role on this planet and we can definitely play our part to make this place a little bit better each day! :)

I hope you enjoy the rest of your holidays and have a fantastic year at school!

Wishing you all the very best,
    Evelyn :)

  5. Kia Ora Millah,

COngratulations on finishing the final post of the summer learning journey, you are awesome. I loved reading your description about concluding the journey, it was sad and great to hear and see what you wrote. I could tell that in your post you had wrote down everything that was from the programme and did something really smart of everything that the SLJ members gave to us.

I know it's sad to hear that the summer learning journey programme has now ended for you and some others but I must have to admit, your work has been outstanding and super creative. I can't wait to see more posts from you soon Millah keep going.

What was your favorite activity overall?

    Warm Regards,
    Hinerangi
