This is a very sad poem and I get sad every time that I read it too. We are very luck that people like your Gran's brother Ted went to war and fought for our freedom. It is really special that she have been able to go and visit his cross in Italy and pay her respects. That's why Anzac Day is really important for people to attend and show their respect to all the men and women who fought in the war.
You have presented your activity really well and I like the images that you have put with this.
